Astrill has a really awful private policy. From their official site they state they would collect data such as "connection time", "The original IP address (This one is absurd. Totally inappropriate for any VPN providers)" "Device Type" "App version " That looks pretty scary but trust me you haven't seen nothing mate. No only they would collect those data but they would also stored it for a period of 30 days. You think that could be the worst. Think again. They also stated that they're able to use these data to "improve" your shopping experiences AKA selling them to the online retailers for profit.
If you think that's the absolute limit oh think again. They have servers in 64 countries which is fairly good. But they only hold 355 IPs. 355 IPs ??? I'm not joshing anyone here. That's laughable. Like heck by average each location has 5 and half IPs. Nord on the other hand 5400+ IPs in only 54 countries.
Well you think that's the limit now right? All of the flaws have been exposed right?
Well sorry again. Here are more. One of the VPN reviewer has tested their refund policy. And turns out they wouldn't refund you in even 7 days. Yep their refund policy is completely solid, No refunds whatsoever. You can check his review at travelchinacheper.
So yeah. You can choose them If you want. But with this amount of caveats. I wouldn't opt them. But hey I ain't you. So ya think it's worth it then oh well. It's your choice
On the other hand let's talk about IVPN.
They're a fairly small VPN provider. Well not really. They are a puny provider. Most of people haven't even heard them at all. Well they don't really provide service in China. The service is working in China is pretty much a fluke. their policy is solid and also tested by an independent auditor. Which is a really good thing.
Their speed is really average to say the least. It's not good as top level VPN providers. But it's usable.
On the other hand their servers locations are sparse. Only having 225 IPs within 29 countries.It does unlock Netflix but really. That's all the pros there are.
I personally wouldn't recommend it but it's way better than the Astrill imo. And again it's your choice to pick a provider you like.

我用过速度真的快的vpn就是express ，当然不是指现在。其实我也没怎么研究，月付过astrill，龟速。可能是因为当时express太无脑了，根本不需要去考虑其他的，以前express idm满线程20m/s,几个月下了几百t资源就是靠它，现在偶尔用用，速度慢链接难，下载不要想，看看网页还行。估计现在也没有适合大量下载的vpn了，不大量下载其实真没什么的，随便用

Astrill那个都是本地测速吧，如果在中国测延迟几乎不可能低于35ms（以Rackspace提供的HK3为例），所以我个人认为他们官网的测速对于我们并没有参考价值。虽然我没用过Astrill但他们既然敢这样定价那质量应该不错。

Express连接非常痛苦，经常要连好几次，有时候连上了速度也不稳定；
Astrill和Ivpn都有wireguard协议，连接和速度肯定飞快；
但最关键的不是这些，而是express用户太多，又被针对；后两者几乎不会被针对。
